  Originally from Athens, Greece I discovered my passion for cooking from an early age and after studying Culinary Arts I pursued my career starting from 5 star luxury resort Costa Navarino and then a couple more restaurants in Athens. Six years ago I decided to move to London to broaden my culinary horizon and expand my knowledge. Having worked for Hilton, Shangri -La at the Shard and then for corporate fine dining and hospitality events including UBS and private members clubs I acquired a vast knowledge of different environments and cuisines. From mediterranean to panasian I enjoy working with different ingredients and creating dishes with a twist.
